2. Eligibility

To participate in our competitions, you must:

• Not be an employee of AM Competitions Ltd or their immediate family members
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To enter competitions, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Competition Entry

Each competition has specific terms including entry price, maximum tickets per person, draw date, and prize details. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the specific terms of that competition.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by us. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit.

Maximum ticket limits are enforced to ensure fair chances for all participants. Any attempt to circumvent these limits may result in disqualification and account termination.

5. Draws and Winners

Winners are selected using certified random number generators. Many draws are conducted live on our social media channels for transparency.

Winners will be notified via email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are up to date.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or fails to claim their prize within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prizes

Prizes are as described in each competition. For cash prizes, payment will be made via bank transfer within 48 hours of winner verification.

For physical prizes, delivery will be arranged at our expense. Some prizes may require the winner to meet certain conditions (e.g., valid driving license for vehicle prizes).

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives unless specified in the competition terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of AM Competitions Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM Competitions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
